SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped from the Texas Hill Country. Custom pieces typically require 2–4 weeks to complete before shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We ship domestically via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. International shipping is available to select countries — carrier-calculated rates apply at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the package has been handed off.
