REFUND POLICY

All pieces from Cibolo Creek Woodworks are handcrafted to order. Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders once production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buye
